The Chinese believe that a dish should be fragrant, colourful and attractive. In a single meal the various foods should have contrasting textures and the flavours should maintain a balance between strong and subtle, spicy and mellow.
Our restaurant specialises in serving Beijing and Cantonese cuisine. From the North, Beijing dishes are mainly rich and spicy, the most common flavourings being garlic, spring onion and hot chilli. To the South, the tropical climate produces a huge variety of food perhaps too numerous to mention but include game, and seafood creating hundreds of different dishes.

Our spacious restaurant can accommodate over 120 people. First-class interior design has created an ambiance oozing with warmth and intimacy, attracting celebrities, corporate clients and the general public alike. But if it's a smaller place you require, our function room will take 30 people comfortably.
